In the summer of 2018 we visited the stunning hunger hills yurt retreat in Devon and it was fantastic.  On all of our retreats we really encourage people to switch off and connect with nature and their surroundings.  So often we as adults find ourselves surrounded by technology and the need for instant results and rarely find time to be still and reflect on who we are away from the everyday life of work.  On our yurt retreat we offered morning yoga for the adults whilst the younger members of the family were taken care of by our team of childcare helpers offering art and craft activities, dressing up, games and even kid’s yoga.  The adults then rejoin for a communal brunch and some family together time before the day’s activities and then we are all brought together with a family yoga class in the afternoon before dinner time and some evening relaxing and story telling around the fire. Every retreat we run is different. Each year we have different helpers that come along and bring with them their own sets of skills and energies so each retreat is unique.
