We also have a Youtube Channel which is regularly updated with practices, meditations and short workshops exploring some of the poses and their origins and foundations so subscribe to see our latest videos.
Join Wilf every Thursday morning for a traditional Hatha practice with a little bit of flow. The sessions are usually themed on a particular element of the practice ie. backbends, hip opening etc. These sessions are open to all levels including beginners and modifications are given to make the poses accessible for everyone. Join Becky every Sunday for a beautiful 90 minute Yin practice. The classes are suitable for all levels and give a deep, slow stretch with focus on the breath and more subtle movements within the body. All of our online teachings are donation based and the suggested donation is £5 per class. This can be paid via PayPal or bank transfer. Get in touch to book and we will email you a Zoom meeting code and a password at least 1 hour before the class. Wilf and Becky also offer Private 1-1 or group sessions which we can tailor to suit your needs including helping with specific injuries or rehabilitation, or just focusing the practice on an area of yoga that you would like to explore a little deeper.

In May 2020, Becky and Wilf both completed a Yoga Nidra training course with Yoga Leela and Melanie Cooper Yoga. Yoga Nidra is a deep, yet soft form of meditation. It has many benefits including better sleep, a calming of the nervous system and a better overall mental wellbeing. We offer yoga Nidra recordings on our new soundcloud channel which is below and available at anytime.
