Join Becky and Wilf in collaboration with The Barn Somerset for our 4 (3 night) day Rest and Renew retreat in the beautiful Cotswolds.

This retreat is a space for you to completely relax, to heal and to feel renewed.

We will explore the more gentle styles of yoga including Classical Hatha, Yin, Restorative yoga and free movement.  We will also be offering daily meditation,  yoga nidra and relaxation.

We also invite you to explore mindfulness and we will be offering activities that you can take home with you to introduce more mindfulness and self care in to your every day life.

This is a time to unplug, switch off and connect with your true self.  We encourage you to leave laptops and phones at home or least switch them off for the duration.

Weather dependent, we will do as much of the yoga in the beautiful outdoor space and there will opportunities to explore the nature and countryside around the local area in your free time or as a group.

For this retreat we are collaborating with The Barn Somerset who will be offering a 45 minute treatment of your choice during your stay with us.

To Support this nourishing and nurturing retreat we have our favourite plant based chef Joe from Satori food joining us to produce daily brunch, snacks and dinner. Joe’s food is amazingly delicious, colourful, fresh and organic.

We have also invited the lovely Tim Chalice and his drummer from Bristol, who will be offering a 2x hour Kirtan on one of the evenings. A Kirtan is like a musical concert, singing ancient chants accompanied by musical instruments. The leader sings a verse and the audience sing back. It is very relaxed and the experience can be different for everyone. For some it can be very meditative and quietening for the mind and it can also be uplifting and energising.
