A yoga retreat is time for yourself. It is a chance to move away from your day to day life and immerse yourself in your practice of yoga. Finding time to do this in a working week can often be challenging and a retreat is a chance to really take time to do this fully. All of our retreats are fully inclusive of meals, all yoga practices, and a chance to get to know us and other students and maybe find out a few things about yourself.
A retreat is so much more than just a time for your physical practice. It is a time for healing, peace, quietness and connection with nature, with other students, or in some cases, deepening the connection with our family.
